Tuition Adjustment Notice:
Your monthly/weekly tuition responsibility is subject to change if your assigned family co-pay amount changes.
Tuition Payment Schedule:
Tuition is due in advance based on your selected payment plan. Monthly tuition is due prior to the upcoming month, and weekly tuition is due prior to the upcoming week.
Annual Rate Notice:
Our tuition rates are updated annually and take effect during the first week of August each school year.
Annual Registration Fee Notice:
A registration fee is due each school year during the first week of August. The registration fee may be prorated based on your re-enrollment date.
Registration & Deposit Notice:
The registration and deposit fees are non-refundable if you do not start on the agreed date. We reserve a limited number of spots for your child once the registration and security deposit are paid.
Future Registration Credit Policy:
The Annual Registration Fee is billed every August 1st. If a pro-rated adjustment is applied based on your start date, this amount will be held as a credit to be applied specifically toward your next annual renewal. Note: This credit is non-refundable and applies only to continued enrollment.
Security Deposit Policy:
The security deposit is equal to the family’s tuition difference per billing period (after co-pay and all discounts). It is credited toward the final week of tuition when a two-week written notice of disenrollment is submitted in advance. Without a two-week notice, the security deposit is non-refundable and will not be applied toward tuition.
Parent Payment Responsibility:
Parents are responsible for paying the difference between the full Learning Hills tuition and the total government subsidized payment after the family co-pay has been applied.
Sibling Discount Policy:
A 10% sibling discount applies when at least two children are enrolled full-time. The 10% discount applies only to the older full-time child. Part-time children do not receive this sibling discount.
